Good evening Ladies and Gentleman.....not posted on here for a long time...like to think I was one of the originals back in the day...!!.now the question ...had a wee bump to the front bumper of my MK 2 R,.S...its pretty badly damaged...but looks easy to replace...looking on Google ...looking at £600.00 for the panel including the mesh...does any fellow members know any company rather than Ford that produce this part...Thanks in advance...!!

If it's the front grill you are referring to I don't think any company has replicated the the actual grill surround the black plastic part, zensport do a replacement mesh but I've only seen the grill surround replicated in carbon which is more expensive than the standard ford item.

These have been steadily rising in price, my advice bite the bullet and buy one from Ford A before they go obsolete and B before they rise even more in cost :nice:

How bad is the damage any pics? If its the mouthpiece gloss black bit as previous said £600 min for a new one. If its the bumper too then your looking at £1000. I had to have both as my mouthpiece was damaged by debris but also split my bumper?
Be lucky to get a new bumper, I needed one a while back, my car was almost a write off due to bumpers being on back order, I had to get the insurance to pay out and find my own bumper, after months of waiting for a new one from ford

Don't forget the headlamp washer covers (x2) and towing eye cover, they're approximately £60 each and £40 respectively, unpainted of course... Plus new fog lamps (if needed), I'm sure they're £80 ish each the last time I was browsing on eBay... 😬
Fog lamps can be had for 20 quid a pair on eBay, many different cars use the same part number. The ones I bought a few years back were for a fiat iirc
