Gutted for you mate but I'm not surprised one bit :nope:I've had terrible service with the Lowestoft branch. I ordered on 24th Sept to get my order in well before the 8th Oct cut off for a first batch order and have just found out that they didn't put my order through until 9th Oct so won't be getting my car until July or August. The salesman never gets back to you when you try to contact him either, had I have known I'd of ordered directly with the Ipswich branch that the car has to come through anyway.

This is very reassuring to hear. I recently found out my local dealer in Sussex placed my order through John Grose in Ipswich, as they are not a Ford store.In Ipswich? They are superb, very helpful and thorough.
The manage made a point of coming to thank me for buying from them also, I know it's means jack all but it's a nice touch.
