As people are always after a good detailer i thought I would start this thread as hopefully a central point for people to begin with and add to for others to benefit from.

Please read the other posts in this thread as the list below is an extract only from one source and members are adding personal recommendations, I do not intend to edit post 1 to add these additions

Had my FRS and Nissan Qashqai done (after neighbour managed to cover it in paint). Both G Technic inside and out + wheels. Crystal Serum Black.

Aaron also does wheel repairs / refurbs. His colleague Gerard does PPF and they work together so quality of product and workmanship identical. Tinting also available.

Look at website and instagram for an idea of the quality of his work and customers he attracts. Website worth a look, everything up to and including Bugatti Veyron, Porsche, McLaren, contracts with top luxury manufacturers e.g. Mercedes are local. Top quality premises yet cheaper than some mobile detailers. Done a few Mk3 Focus RS's now. Nice bloke, enthusiastic to the point of healthy OCD about your car and getting it perfect. Only downside is he is so busy with pro contract work you need to book well in advance and make sure you keep that slot. Prestigious dealers travel from all over the country to bring their cars here. There is often a covered transporter outside delivering yet another ridiculously expensive supercar or rare classic.

No I'm not taking a backhander (71 BDA...I see you are anti-detailers) and this is not a sales pitch (EdRS3). I'm just passing on information to interested fellow owners as one of many very satisfied customers. Take a look at the testimonials on Aaron's website.

TBH, you could have just asked members simply to recommend detailers they have used rather than the very long intro & links to DW, wasn't really needed & puts off people wading through a long post, also keeps it simple, neat & easier to flick through. :yep:

Just collected my RS from Elite Car Care in Maidenhead (01628 671213) this evening. Had the full Gtechniq treatment with EXO. Unfortunately it was ******* it down and dark when I picked the car up, but still got a full run through in the workshop from Alex on the work carried out.

You'll see a couple of snippets of my car on his Instagram feed @elitecarcare and it's obvious the dealer ignored yet another request to NOT clean the car during PDI. A few bad scratches and swirls throughout including rear lamps:

Alex also picked up a scratch on the rear bumper that I totally missed when I collected the car from Ford, so a bit gutted about missing it during handover. Other than the above, the factory paint finish was good with very little contamination.

A thoroughly great service, no hassle with my car having an extended stay due to my holidays and a very nice chap to deal with. Love his Guards Red Porsche 964 also!

Here's my after pic, although I appreciate it doesn't do any justice to the amount of work that goes into the process. Really happy with how the car looks right now, with a few Mountune goodies to get fitted next week!
