Car goes in this weekend to have all of the engine forged etc. Have thought about getting the oil breather done as well due to slight oil leak/splutter on the oil fitter/diaphragm. I've found a few online but I'm confused by some. I'm not looking at spending the money on the spec r so I've narrowed it down to pro alloy, auto specialists or the JW racing. I've noticed with some you get options like oil temp gauge control and thermostat control. Are these things i need or can i just have the standard kit without the options. I'd just like an uprated breather to get around the oil leaking but if these options are needed then ill go for them. Thanks

Well, the jwr one is just an autospecalists one, so that narrows it down to pro alloy or one direct from AS,

The pro alloy one looks alot easier to fit, but the AS one looks a more refined and thought through product, I think I'll be getting the AS one, with red pro hoses

Got myself a second hand as one from lee at Devils in the end. If you haven't read my post already I dropped the car off on Saturday to him to get 10 minutes away from the garage to then have smoke billowing out the back and oil sprayed everywhere under the Bonnet. Looks like the original breather has had it and what good timing it was! Just hope I haven't done any more damage

Syvecs 422 on high boost. I knew the forging would happen at some point so I haven't abused the car in the 3 months I've had the ecu. Abusing it would be the difference in driving it down to lees to have the engine forged or getting it towed down there
