I know this may sound like a stupid question, but has the plastic tab been pulled out of the sensor so that the battery connects?

I also believe that brand new sensors go to sleep, so the car will need to be driven for about 5 to 10 minutes to wake them up. After this, put the car in learning mode and use the small cream coloured device, with the green button.

Follow Adams instructions and it should work fine. I swap my wheels all the time and after fitting, drive for a short while before starting the relearn process.

Any idea where the battery tab is, I have one sensor gone. Sussed out which one it is using the leaning tool. I just can't see a battery isolation tab ?

@Stu It was just a suggestion, as most things that come with batteries have such a thing, so not sure.

In @PaulG s case, I suspect they have gone to sleep and need awakening by driving the car for 10 minutes, prior to training them via relearning mode and a reset tool.

As far as the going to sleep bit, not so sure. I have done the check twice both time the car has been stood for hours. Each time the front passenger side isn't seen the other three are. This would make sense as I has a slow puncture on that tyre and filled it with that slime stuff as they tyre is low on tread. Puncture has held up but I think it's done the sensor in. Anyway ready for a pair of tyres on the front so will get the new sensor fitter and see if that one is seen.

Wow old thread, if you look at the one I got it's the same as PaulG's right pic. As I said I tried training at the side of the tyre and that didn't fix it so I was really unsure as it would work. Anyway when I had new tyre fitted only the one I suspected was changed, tyre shop had a more fancey tool with ignition on he went round all four wheels and hey presto all good ! Well since last August...ever wished that you hadn't said anything😂
