We go camping a lot and we use a Thule roof rack and you can get a system to clamp on to the roof rack try the roof box store on line I went on the Thule web site and looked on there

Get the Ford rack, works great and cheaper than the alternatives.

Digging out the sealant is quite easy, just take your time starting in the middle - you only need to remove enough to reveal the threaded hole, so something like 1-2cm. I seal the resultantly exposed threaded hole with plastic number plate screws (M6) cut to about half their normal length. Don't use a metal screw in case it gets stuck... I've also put some white vinyl (I guess you'd use clear) in the region the rack-feet sit to protect the paint work. Works great and takes 5mins or so to fit and remove.

I have a couple of Thule bike racks - bought as a pair from Amazon via a lightning deal. Just as good as the more expensive 951.

Also available via Ford at a good price too:

The only issue is clearance with the spoiler when you open the boot. Just remember you have something on your roof and be careful - try to line up the bike rack so it misses the spoiler uprights and you get a bit more space to play with. I use a microfibre cloth when I have the roof box on.

Hope that helps!
