Thanks @Alb
I was going to post a thread early in the new year anyway.

@Alb Please could you add to Post 1 that there is a Meet up in the Chippenham Morrisons Car Park to convoy to the Middlewick Event.
And also that for those going on the day i will set up a Whatsapp group to keep members in touch with each other on the day (and before).

As @J4yseRS has said it was a great day out.

Apart from the hiccup at the beginning of getting all our members into the Supercar Paddock together, but that got sorted fairly quickly once I got to the right person directing the cars.
Some hadn't read about printing off the Car Pass one of the members created. Lesson learnt, take a few extra copies with me.

If people want to reply and state which day they would prefer (or maybe you could add a Poll for Sat or Sun) then I can liaise with the organisers again.

Hopefully some will upload images from last year too.

A short personal story about this 1955 D type Jaguar that Nick Mason owns.

I was at Caftle Coombe with my son who was representing his college (Lord Mayor Treloar, Alton, Hampshire).

I had offered to take some PR photos for the college and had arranged for a number of cars to go out on track during lunch, except 1 Jaguar failed the noise test, with the organisers help Nick stepped in and said that my Stuart should get in the passenger seat. Nicks business partner drove the D Type and Nick took the guys XK150 out.

I do have photos of Nick and Stuart beside this car.

Hi Guys
Can I get a confirmation of those FRSOC members coming to this event on Sunday 8th June, this year ? ( inc guests), and a brief description of the car your bringing. E.g. Mk2 PB etc.

Also if you’re staying nearby there’s a few of us having dinner at the Chippenham Brewers Fayre restaurant, on Saturday evening, you’re welcome to join in. I’ll get a table(s) reserved for our use if you can reply on this thread to let me know overall numbers, was thinking 7:30pm sit down ?
