What spec of grease should be used ? I've used the copper grease as it appears to have good "stay put" and anti-seize qualities !
As above I wouldn't use copper grease as it normally contains petroleum grease which swells up rubber parts causing them to stick.

It'll feel good and slippery when you first slide your pins in but will go tight and feel dry soon after :lol:
 
:facepalm: I always thought copper grease was for brakes :blink: i always use it on face of hubs to stop wheels sticking to the hubs as well ,didn't realise there was a specific grease .Learn something new everyday :laughing:
Its fine for hubs etc as no movement required, copper grease in that situation forms a layer preventing two iron parts rusting together ;)
