Manually set clock time

Can anyone who has replaced their standard stereo in a mk2 tell me how to set the clock time please.

I checked the dash menu and it only has a 12/24 hour option (engine was running, have read it may only offer the option if it’s ignition only).

If I remove the satnav (lux2) how can I do it, is there an Elmconfig setting to change?

Hmm, good question, as you have to set the clock via the head unit on lux2, not sure how you would do it with an aftermarket unit, to get the correct time on the dash display, unless the new unit allows time to be set & fully integrates with the dash display.

As you say, may have to be done via elm?

@Silverback can you help Jim as you changed your head unit?

I have changed my unit but it was an exact same unit just in a different colour so apologies I can’t offer any tech advise/help on an aftermarket unit ☺
