@RS=Kel Personally I would go Eibach, mainly as I've got them on both the Mk2 & Mk3 and happy with the stance and feel the ride is better than standard. Often the HR stance looks better but been told by a few that HRs are a harsher ride.

If you are interested in a second hand set of H&R's let me know. I have just removed them from my car to go for the Mountune clubsport setup. I didn't find them crashy but then I don't know what the stock springs are like as they were already on the car when I bought it.
