In Ipswich? They are superb, very helpful and thorough.

The manage made a point of coming to thank me for buying from them also, I know it's means jack all but it's a nice touch.

This is very reassuring to hear. I recently found out my local dealer in Sussex placed my order through John Grose in Ipswich, as they are not a Ford store.

I now have to either travel to Ipswich to collect my car from the Ford Store, a distance of 120 miles or they will transport the car to me, which will require payment in advance, which is not going to happen. I just wish my dealer had been straight with me when ordering, I would of travelled the extra 15 miles to the Ford Store in Guildford. That being said my local salesman has kept me up to date with either progress or press releases every two weeks from my initial order.

At least it will be a good drive home :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

Relax, I will happily drive it down to Sussex for you, not a problem.

I think you will have to get in the queue with most of the delivery drivers :facepalm: At least it may be in safer hands :laughing:

at least you will enjoy the drive home! I had a very similar situation with a 100mile journey home, they will pick you up from the station quite happily if you decide to get a train.

I will definitely enjoy the drive home, at least 1/10 th of the run in period will be complete. :nice:

From what I read on here, the dealer sounds really good and they are willing to pick you up from the station which is even better.
