My rear brake pads are due a change and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations other than OEM pads? Not that i've had any issues with the original ones but before getting some I thought i'd see what advice was out there.

If its just for road use the Ford ones are great value and work well.

Ford OE pads as good as anything. I've tried DS2500 (although I'm not a fan of this material) on rear and can't tell the difference.
