Hi all

my Bluetooth connects fine but the issue I have is the person I’ve called or received a call form are very quite. I’ve tried turning the volume up on the headset and my phone but it’s makes no difference. Does any one know if there is a separate speaker for the Bluetooth or why this would happen. Thanks 👍🏽

if this is the Ford integrated BT module rather than aftermarket, then try using the audio system volume control whilst on a call, this works quite well for quiet satnav instructions.

The satnav volume setting was also in the menus so I imagine it could be a similar story for BT calls.

thanks Philjs, yes it’s the original sat nav stereo. I’ll have a look but I’m sure I’ve tried the this but I’ll double check 👍🏽

yep but i think thats the speaker that you speak into,i think the other persons voice just comes out your normal speakers,so prob not much help
