😂 I don't even use it and its permanently on a trickle charger but the battery on my wifes car gave up after 5 years and it's used every day ,and I think most people have changed their batteries now so I just thought might as well.

Done it this afternoon, bit tricky getting one of the clamp nuts off ,the one that's a bit deep , was worried about dropping the nuts 😂 could do with a magnetic skinny long socket if there is such a thing ,and the cable from the fuse box was tight to get out of the clip .Had the radio code but forgot to do the windows, will do them next time I'm in the car .

I've got short stubby fingers and ones bent up where I smashed it with a club hammer and it wont straighten out 😅 waiting to see a specialist in December because queens hospital xrayed it and said there was nothing wrong with it 😲

Halfords own brand are made by Yuhasa ...apparently, according to the man in the store.
A calcium one i bought in April has just failed for another car I own.
Fortunately they exchanged it under the 4 yr warranty.

My 2017 RS original battery is still fine. Stop /start works, and I leave a solar panel trickle charge attached to it when not in use for longer periods of time.

Well after starting it to move it . Turn off won’t restart and won’t take a charge now .
gone off recommendations went with Bosch s5 010 85ah with Tanya 106.11 delivered ordered by 3 and got 1pm next day fabulous response . very helpful . Not a chance to fit yet though. Hope I don’t get issues as above lol,
