i agree it seems overpriced for the miles and condition,the whole rear quarter would need rewrapping after any paint to do a proper job so id look for a better example personally, it doesnt look like the usual problem where the bumpers rubbed the arch but more like arch lip corrosion probably not helped by the wrap holding any moisture in
