Mine wasn’t as bad as that and I did both my rear quarters been mint ever since 4-5 years ago. If everything else is good then tell them you want it but both rear arches need doing properly before you have it. I doubt they will do it though but can’t see them selling it at that price with how it is? If they agree ask for proof of work during the process to make sure it’s been done right. All the focus rs mk2s will have this problem even the lower miler minters so a spray job is inevitable on these cars.

Fortunately, mine hasn't (not yet anyway). It has lived a very pampered life though and never goes anywhere, which may have something to do with it .
