hi guys, now getting the hump with this issue...been into Ford with it...day after i got car back it started again...been like this for ages now...seen a gadget on Ebay for £32.95 that says it sorts out this problem...anybody used one?...thanks, Dave

Yeah it's the common exhaust valve issue. You might as well purchase the gadget to keep it open as the standard exhaust isn't exactly noisy!

Hi I had the same problem for long time,I had new software upgrade put on car by Main Dealer & touch wood haven't had problem since works all the time.

I just told them there was software update to sort the problem & they sorted it this was a year ago.

thanks lads, exhaust is a mountune v3...i  do like a noisy pipe tbh!
