Hi Ive got the same problem as someone further down this page, Ive let my membership expire and Im trying to purchase a new 1 year one.
It states I have already purchased this item, and cannot but again. can someone help?

You should be able to purchase Club Membership from the Club Shop now Lee.

OK, if you go into your 'Client area' under the MY-RSOC tab you'll see a pending invoice for Club Membership renewal, you should be able to purchase from there Lee.

Also had this, impatient so just bought 6 months, I'll try this fix in six months time

I'm in a similar boat. Missed the renewal email and couldn't renew through the Shop area. However, once I found the renewal email it only gives me the option to renew for 3 years (I guess I did this last time). Is there a way to renew for only 1 year?

Sorry, its still not letting me. I go to Shop / Membership / Add to Cart and then get this error:

You have already purchased that item and it cannot be purchased again. Click here to view or renew your existing purchase.

 

I click the link but it then shows me incorrect details of a previous membership purchase (purchased 29/06/2013, expires 11/04/2022). There is no renew button on this screen.

Whatever you did, that did the trick. The renew button appeared this time and I could use it renew my membership.
