Hi all, I recently changed my geaebox oil in my mk3 rs and had to remove the bolt that connects the dog bone arm on the gearbox to the rear torque mount located in the front subframe to allow access to the drain plug, now the workshop manual i have shows this bolt to be torqued up to 125nm (same as the bolt that holds the mount to frame) which as i was attempting to follow was clearly wrong as the threads on the torque mount are ally. Can anyone shed some light on what its suposed to be at plz, currently i have torqued it at 65nm

Im not sure on the actual interval but the car is on a 66 plate making it just over 3 years old and never been done
