Can't Pay for Membership.

Can a Mod please help out, I've tried to pay for membership but keep getting the below message;

"You have already purchased this item and it cannot be purchased again. A renewal invoice for your existing purchase was generated which has since expired. Please contact an administrator for assistance."

 

 

Appreciate I should have renewed at the time but forgot.

Ive just had an email stating my membership is about to expire
So I went to purchase and it states Ive already purchased????

Is there anywhere on the users profile page to show when membership started and when its due?

This is where its asking me to log on and make a payment

Seems a scam to me

You can check your Membership status in your 'Client area' under the MY-RSOC tab.

 

Your payment will go to tyreforums, this isn't a scam.

Hi Clive, Hope all is well? Ive got exactly the same issues. As you know Ive been on here 10years and this isnt the first time Ive had it, surely they are missing a trick? I wanted some info from the tech section and was trying to renew to get that info. I hate :censored: IT so will always speak out when I encounter it, others may not bother and theyll lose a potential renewal fees. I tried to email them following the link and it bounced back.

@rupert Please try to renew again now.

When a membership lapses, we have to do do some magic in the background to allow renewals to go through.

Life is not always simples :lol:
