Hi Guys, my (rubber) engine mounts have turned to jelly, my poor engine is seriously "rockin' & rollin" . Can one get (aftermarket) stiffer rubber ones, is so who does them?
I purchased an Elevate one on a group buy. Other members have had problems so I believe there is an upgraded one however mine is ok and is checked regularly.

I fitted after market engine mounts on my cossie mate, they did the job. But i will say you get a lot more vibration through the car. So it may be best just getting new oem ones
Thanks Roger that is my thoughts as the car is not used for track so I might just replace with standard ones. Is there a company who does aftermarket engine mounts as good as OEM but not as expensive as Fords?
I've not been in other cars with changed mounts, so can't really compare, but it is certainly a solid lump of metal. Noticed the difference as so as it was fitted. Axle tamp was gone and the car felt a lot stiffer. I do notice the vibrations a lot more on start up and it took a little bit of getting use to.
Biggest rattle I get is from the airbag cover on the steering wheel. It rattles when the wheel is dead centre, but not when slightly turned.
